All pets are groomed by pre-booked appointment only.
We arrange our appointments carefully taking each dogs needs into account. We do this to make sure they are comfortable when they visit us. If your pet is reactive to other dogs please let us know when booking to ensure they will be alone for their appointment.
We send text confirmations and reminders for all bookings.
When grooming we are not always available to answer the phone, so the best way to contact us is via text, we will respond as soon as our hands are free.
Our prices are competitive without compromising on quality. Final price depends on dog size, behaviour, coat type and it’s condition,can vary between the same breed.
Last minute cancellations, missed appointments and late arrivals affect our business badly. If you can no longer make your appointment and need to rearrange, please contact us as soon as you know this.
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations and changes so that we have a chance to book another pet in the slot.If you cancel at short notice and we are not able to fill the slot, you will be charged a £10 cancellation fee per pet which must be paid up front before your next appointment.
If you simply do not show up, it is unlikely that you will be offered another appointment without paying 50% of your original groom price for the appointment that you failed to attend.
We accept payments in cash, by credit card, through Samsung Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
You may pull up in front of our studio to briefly drop off and/or collect your pet, however we may want to spend a few minutes discussing your requirements. There are side streets close to the studio that offer free parking, and disc zones opposite us.
